I have a Triumph 415t treadmill. It comes with a monitor that displays your heart rate, the speed at which you are running or walking, the time and distance, and the total calories burned. It also has four preset programs and comes with an incline feature that simulates walking up hill. An EKG that operates by pressing a thumb on the faceplate monitors your heart rate. It also has the safety switch that turns it off incase you fall and comes with manual. It is only a year old has been used only a few times. Like new. Also folds up for storage.
